Company Record Level: Company Level Dashboards

Company Level Dashboards

The Company Level Dashboards are used to notify users of critical compliance items for Vendors on Active and Completed Operation projects.  The dashboards will report no compliant information such as email that were sent and vendors that are about to expire.  The users can click on the hyperlinks located in the dashboards to access the Vendor Record, eliminating the need to locate them on the Navigation Tree.  This section will review the Dashboards.

Accessing the Company Level Dashboards

      1)   Click on the Company from the Navigation Tree to access the Company Level.

      2)  Click on the Dashboard Tab (By default Users will always be directed to the Dashboard Screen when clicking on the Company from the Navigation Tree).

     3)  Click the Dashboard Drop-Down  Menu and choose which Dashboard you want to view.  Below is a list of the available dashboards and what is reported on them.

Dashboard Types

1)      Email In the Last 72 Hours:  This dashboard shows the users any email that was generated and sent from the software.  It will show if a user generated an email or if the system generated an automated email.  The dashboard will also show if the email was deleted and its current sending status.

2)      Expiring Insurance Certificates:  This dashboard will warn the user of any vendors who’s insurance is about to expire.

3)      Out Of Compliance:  This is the critical dashboard that will display Vendor or Tiers that are out of Compliance.  The users can filter by compliance issues.
