Tracking Lien Waivers: The Out Of Compliance Dashboard

Using The Out Of Compliance Dashboard

The Out of Compliance Dashboard will show any vendor that is not in compliance with their insurance, lien release forms, contractor license, subcontracts, or certified payroll. This section will review how to use the Out of  Compliance Dashboard and the Follow Up Date field for missing Lien Waiver Forms.

      1)   Click on the Company from the Navigation Tree to access the Company Record Level.

      2)   Click on the Dashboard Tab (By default Users will always be directed to the Dashboard Screen when clicking on the Company from the Navigation Tree).

      3)   Click the Dashboard Drop-Down Menu and choose Out of Compliance.

      4)   Use the Filter Bar to filter by Lien Releases.  The Grid will show all Lien Releases that have not been returned by the Due Date that was entered when the Waiver Record was generated.

      5)  Click on the Vendor Name to access the Vendor Record.

      6)  Click on the Lien Waiver Tab.  You can email the Vendor by clicking on the Email Icon next to the right of the Waiver Record.  Select the Email Template and click Send.

      7)  Once you have sent the email, you can set a Follow Up Date that will populate on the Out Of Compliance Dashboard.  This date allows users to know which Vendors Records have been notified.  Click on the Lien Waiver Configuration Tab            on the vendor Record.

      8)   In the Follow Up Date, enter a date that you would like to follow up by If the Vendor has still not returned the outstanding line waiver.

      9)    The Out Of Compliance Dashboard will now have a Green Light Indicator allowing users to know that the Vendor has been notified about their Outstanding Waiver.
