Prime Vendor Contacts On Tier Records

Prime Vendor Contacts On Tier Records

Greenlight will now automatically include Prime Vendor contacts on Supplier/Tier records email templates.  Before this release, users would have to add the Prime Vendor contacts to a Supplier/Tier record if they wanted compliance emails to be sent to the Prime Subcontractor on any compliance issues with their Suppliers/Tiers.  Now users will no longer have to add a contact on the Tier/Supplier side.  The application will automatically include the Prime Vendor contact on any compliance emails sent on the Supplier/Tier record.

      1)      Add a Contact to the Prime Vendor Record.

      2)      Add a Supplier/Tier record to Greenlight.  You do not need to add any Prime Contacts to the Contacts Tab on the Supplier/Tier record.  If you want to add a contact for the Supplier/Tier that is not related to the Prime Vendor, then you can still add that contact.

      3)      The users can now use Compliance/Lien Waiver Email Templates on the Supplier/Tier record if there are any issues or waivers that need to be sent.  The template will pull over the Prime Contacts that has the corresponding Contact Role for the template.
